Composite parts
Plastics with metal jointing: Mental parts could be engaged on our premises manual, full or semi-automatic in injection molding tool either molded or after injection. This operating sequence saves you assembly costs; unlocked constructions benefits and bring a larger process reliability compared to other joining process such as adhesive bonding or welding.
All-plastic parts
Plastic material in many different chemical compounds – reinforced and unreinforced: ABS, PA, PA6, PA66, PA12, PBT, PC, PEEK, PMMA, POM, PP, PPE, PPS, PS, PSU, TPE, TPU will be processed on the premises. Specific tool and a stable process control with modern injection molding machines (with a clamping force up to 2.000 kN), are the requirements for the adherence to our customer needs.

Micro parts
Capacity with small weight: 0,009 g places one of our plastic parts on balance. We become smaller in times of miniaturization. We already produce in a micrometer range a spread forging spectrum. You get from us custom-built entire solutions from one hand. The integrated quality control guaranteed you a continuous construction file or complete documentation. Optional, we carry out a 100 percent control of your optical injection molded components.
Assembly parts
We have already in the past aligned or adapted to our customer wishes. We produce not only your plastic parts, but we also mount the entire group of components for you, all from one hand.
